Choosing a Default Printer in Windows
Some updates to Windows reset your default printer. There are many ways to do set it back to your preferred printer, but we think this is the easiest:
To change your default printer, click on the Search icon:
Type Control Panel to find and select the Windows Control Panel
Select Devices and Printers
Browse the Device list for your preferred printer, and right click the printer. Choose “Set as Default Printer” from the context menu. That’s it!
