How to use Outlook to see what resources (conference rooms, training rooms, etc.) exist in the ULS
To see all the rooms in the ULS that are available:
1. Select the calendar icon in outlook. By default, the calendar icon is on the left-hand side of office.
In the ribbon across the top of outlook look for the address book icon and click it.
This will bring up a view where you can see a list of all the global addresses.
2. Once the address book opens, click the drop-down box directly under “ADDRESS BOOK” to see a list of available email addresses.
3. Scroll up/down and choose "All Rooms".
4. Type “ULS” into the search bar. Hit enter or the arrow next to the search bar. Outlook will start a search and then display all the ULS rooms/resources that can be scheduled for meetings.
