How to Access a Shared Calendar.

This can be useful to check someone’s availability or to check to see if a room is free to be scheduled.

  • Open your Outlook Calendar.

  • Click on Add Calendar then open shared calendar.

  • In the box that comes up click on name which will a new view.

  • Type in the search bar the name of the person’s calendar you wish to view in last name, first name format.

  • Select the name and then hit ok.
  • You can also access a calendar for a room to check its availability.
  • Follow steps 1 through 3 then set the address book to all rooms then search for “ULS – “and the name of the room you are searching for.

  • Click ok.
