How to Access a Shared Calendar.
This can be useful to check someone’s availability or to check to see if a room is free to be scheduled.
- Open your Outlook Calendar.
- Click on Add Calendar then open shared calendar.
- In the box that comes up click on name which will a new view.
- Type in the search bar the name of the person’s calendar you wish to view in last name, first name format.
- Select the name and then hit ok.
- You can also access a calendar for a room to check its availability.
- Follow steps 1 through 3 then set the address book to all rooms then search for “ULS – “and the name of the room you are searching for.
- Click ok.
