Procedure

When sharing content in Microsoft Teams or Zoom, check these options if you want the audio shared with the rest of the meeting.

Zoom: Check this checkbox.

Microsoft Teams: Toggle this option on.

Verification

Ask an audience member if the audio can be heard on their end.
